Your Right to Request Data Deletion

Udyat respects your right to exercise control over personal information that you have provided to us.

Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

In some circumstances, information may be generated through or shared with a third-party platform, service provider or digital integration used in connection with Udyat's Website or digital activities.

If your deletion request relates to information received through a third-party platform or integration, please identify the relevant platform or interaction in your request where possible.

Where Udyat controls the relevant copy of the information, we will process the deletion request in accordance with this page and applicable law.

Information independently held by the third-party platform remains subject to that provider's own privacy and deletion procedures. You may therefore also need to submit a request directly to that provider.

Never provide Udyat with your password or authentication credentials for a third-party platform when making a deletion request.

Backups and Technical Records

Deleted information may temporarily remain in secure backup systems, system logs, archives or disaster-recovery environments until those records are overwritten or deleted through normal retention and backup cycles.

Where information remains solely within such restricted backups, it will not ordinarily be restored or actively used for regular business purposes except where necessary for security, disaster-recovery, legal or compliance purposes.

Technical, security or audit records may also be retained where required to protect Udyat's systems, investigate incidents or comply with applicable obligations.
